Most mobility equipment can be sold without VAT to people with a long-term illness or disability. It is a saving of a fifth, and it is a simple declaration rather than a medical assessment.

Choose "I'm VAT Exempt" if you have a long-term condition that affects your mobility, such as arthritis, MS, Parkinson's, or hip and knee trouble. You will confirm this when you order.

Choose "Non-VAT Exempt" if you are buying for general use. VAT is added at 20%.
