Shipping policy

We deliver to the UK mainland only. If you are outside the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, please ring us on 02476 303228 and we will quote you separately.

Delivery charges

• £5 on orders under £1,000 — accessories, spares and batteries.
• £30 on orders of £1,000 and over — bikes, tricycles and mobility scooters.
• £30 for the folding pushbike, whatever else is in your basket.

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Before it leaves us

Every bike, tricycle and mobility scooter is built and checked by us before it is despatched. We will confirm the despatch date with you when your order is placed, and let you know when it is on its way.

Receiving your delivery

Please check the machine over when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, tell us as soon as you can, with a photograph if possible, and we will put it right.

Collection and visits

You are welcome to collect from us at Ryton-on-Dunsmore by prior appointment, and to come and try a machine before you buy. Ring 02476 303228 to arrange a time.
