Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you have bought. If something is not right, ring us on 02476 303228 or email contact@asbikes.co.uk and we will sort it out.

Changing your mind

If you bought online or over the phone, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Goods should come back to us unused and in the condition you received them, with any accessories and packaging. You may handle an item as you would in a shop, but if it has been used beyond that we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Bikes, tricycles and mobility scooters are large and heavy, so please speak to us before arranging a courier and we will advise on packing.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the payment method you used.

Faulty or damaged goods

If an item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply on top of anything above. You have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund. After that we will repair or replace it.

Please tell us as soon as you notice a problem, ideally with a photograph, so we can work out the quickest fix.

Warranty

Every bike, tricycle and mobility scooter comes with a one year warranty included. We also stock spares for every model we have ever sold, and we service customers' machines free of charge at most of the shows we attend.

VAT relief

If you bought at the VAT-relief price by declaring eligibility, a refund will be made at the price you actually paid.
